DDA Housing Scheme 2019 Draw Results


NEW DELHI: The DDA Housing Scheme 2019 draw is completed. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is hlding a computerised lucky draw (lottery) for allotment of 17,922 flats in Delhi's Vasant Kunj and Narela residential areas. Around 47,000 people have applied for 17,922 flats in the DDA Housing Scheme 2019. So, it can be said that there are 3 applicants on average for one flat. Earlier we reported that DDA Housing Scheme 2019 Draw Results would be on July 23rd.


This time, application process was held online for the DDA Scheme. All applicants whose names comes in the lucky draw of results at DDA headquarters, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi would need to pay the purchase price of the allotted flat within 3 months and applicants whose names have not come up in the list will be refunded the application money. The flats available in different categories are - 488 (HIG), 1,555 (MIG), 8,383 (LIG) and 7,496 (EWS). The application fee for DDA's EWS flats was fixed at Rs.25,000, for the LIG category it was Rs. 1 lakh and for MIG and HIG flats, its Rs. 2 lakh.
The computerised draw, as per random number technique, is being held today July 23 from 12:30 pm at DDA's Delhi office. The DDA Draw Results 2019 is being held in the presence of independent observers, judges and senior officers of the authority. The DDA flat allocation process is being held in the presence of Justice SN Agarwal, Professor Ansal Kumar and Deputy Director Vishnu Chandra.

Here are a few updates regarding names of winners in the DDA Housing Scheme 2019 results:
Saroj yadav is the first allotee (physically handicapable) who gets an MIG category flat in Vasant Kunj.

These people have got a flat in Narela: Second allottee - Raghav Dhawan, third allottee - Vikas Sharma, fourth allottee - Swati Babber, Fifth  - Vineet Kumar Yadav.

The DDA draw results 2019 will be streamed live on the web through the DDA website. The DDA draw of results will also be put up on the notice board at INA, Delhi. All applicants will receive an email as well as sms regarding the release of the draw result.
