Step 1: Visit the NSDL or UTIITSL Portal
You can download your E-PAN from either the NSDL or UTIITSL portals. Here's how to do it using both:

Method 1: Using NSDL Portal

Step 2: Visit the NSDL E-Governance Website
1.  Open Browser:  Open your web browser and go to the NSDL e-Governance website at https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/requestAndDownloadEPAN.html.

Step 3: Enter Your PAN Details
1.  PAN Number:  Enter your 10-digit PAN number.
2.  Aadhaar Number:  Enter your Aadhaar number.
3.  Date of Birth:  Enter your date of birth as per PAN records.
4.  Captcha Code:  Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Submit the Request
1.  Submit:  Click on the 'Submit' button to proceed.

Step 5: OTP Verification
1.  OTP:  You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
2.  Enter OTP:  Enter the OTP in the required field and click on 'Validate.'

Step 6: Download E-PAN
1.  Download:  Once your OTP is verified, you will be able to download your E-PAN in PDF format.

Step 2: Visit the UTIITSL Website
1.  Open Browser:  Open your web browser and go to the UTIITSL website at https://www.pan.utiitsl.com/PAN_ONLINE/ePANCard.

Step 3: Enter Your PAN Details
1.  PAN Number:  Enter your 10-digit PAN number.
2.  Date of Birth:  Enter your date of birth as per PAN records.
3.  Captcha Code:  Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Submit the Request
1.  Submit:  Click on the 'Submit' button to proceed.

Step 5: OTP Verification
1.  OTP:  You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
2.  Enter OTP:  Enter the OTP in the required field and click on 'Validate.'

Step 6: Payment (if applicable)
1.  Payment:  If there is a fee for downloading the E-PAN, proceed to make the payment through the available options.

Step 7: Download E-PAN
1.  Download:  Once the payment is confirmed (if applicable), you will be able to download your E-PAN in PDF format.
