To pay property tax online in Andhra Pradesh, you need to follow these steps:

• Go to the website of the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Andhra Pradesh government: https://cdma.ap.gov.in/. Click on the ‘Online Payments’ tab and then on ‘Property Tax’.
• Choose your district and the corresponding corporation/municipality from the drop-down menus and click on ‘Search’.
• Enter one of these details: Assessment number, Old assessment number, Owner name or Door number. Click on ‘Search’ again.
• You will see your property details and the amount you need to pay as property tax. You can either click on ‘Pay Tax’ to proceed with the online payment or click on ‘View DCB’ to see and print the report for offline payment.
• If you click on ‘Pay Tax’, you will have to enter the amount you want to pay in the ‘Balance amount you are likely to pay’ field. Check the box next to CFMS Payment Gateway and Terms & Conditions. Click on ‘pay online’.
• Follow the instructions on the screen and choose your preferred payment method, such as credit or debit cards, net banking, etc. Complete the payment process.
• You will see your property tax receipt after the payment is done. You can download and save it for future use.

If you want to pay your property tax in Andhra Pradesh through offline mode, you can visit the nearest ULB counter or Citizen Service Centre (PuraSeva centre) in the municipal office. Make sure you have all the necessary details and documents with you when you pay your tax.
