How to Withdraw Money from SBI ATM without Card?


Customers of State Bank of India (SBI) can withdraw cash without using a card. Customers can use this service to withdraw cash from the bank's ATMs in a secure and easy manner even if they do not have a debit card. With SBI's Yono app, it is possible to withdraw cash from ATMs without requiring a debit card.

SBI clients can withdraw cash from ATMs without using their debit cards in the following ways:


1) Get the YONO online banking app.

2) Select 'YONO cash option' to begin the transaction.

3) Next, navigate to the ATM area and input the amount you wish to withdraw from the ATM.

4) SBI will then provide you a Yono Cash transaction number via SMS to your registered cell phone.

5) The account user must then use this number and the PIN he has established at any of SBI's cardless transaction ATMs to withdraw cash.

6) It is only good for four hours.

7) Go to an SBI ATM and choose 'YONO Cash' from the ATM screen.

8) Input your YONO cash transaction number.

9) Enter and confirm your YONO cash PIN.

10) Complete transaction authentication and get cash.

Can this service be used to withdraw money from other banks' ATMs?


The SBI cardless cash withdrawal service is only available at SBI ATMs. This feature inhibits ATM fraud and skimming of debit cards.

Customers of SBI can withdraw between Rs.500 and Rs.10,000 in a single transaction.

What should we do if an ATM transaction fails?

There is no need to fear if you are unable to withdraw money from an ATM due to a technical fault and the amount is taken from your account. Simply notify your bank right away. Within seven working days, the money will be paid back to your account.
