You may also use the ATM to transmit money to someone, and the recipient can withdraw cash without using an ATM card.

So, how do you utilize the Kotak Bank Cardless cash withdrawal service? Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Withdraw cash from a Kotak ATM without using a debit card


Step 1: Launch the Kotak Mobile Banking app and choose Banking - Cardless Cash Withdrawal.

Step 2: At an ATM, select Self Withdrawal.

Step 3: Now input the amount (up to 5000), specify the sender code, and proceed. (You must input this sender code at the ATM.)

Step 4: Confirm and submit your request on the next screen.
You will now get another 4-digit SMS code on your registered cellphone number, which must also be typed into the ATM.

Step 5: Go to your local Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM and pick the Cardless Cash option on the screen.

Step 6: Enter your registered bank cellphone number.

Step 7: Enter your 4-digit sender code and the SMS code received on your cell number.
Step 8: Finally, confirm your withdrawal amount and retrieve your cash.

2. Send money to someone else, and he will withdraw cash from an ATM.

If a friend or family needs cash quickly, you may send it to him or her using the Kotak Cardless cash withdrawal service, and he or she can withdraw it from a Kotak ATM.

Step 1: Navigate to Banking - Cardless Cash Withdrawal and choose Register a Beneficiary.

Step 2: Continue by entering the receiver's cellphone number, name, address, and pin code.

Step 3: Confirm your request on the next screen.

Step 4: You may now send money after adding a beneficiary. At an ATM, select Send Money to a Beneficiary.

Step 5: Choose the additional beneficiary, input the amount, enter the sender code, and submit. Confirm your request n the following screen. The recipient will now get an SMS code on his or her cell phone. Give him/her a 4-digit sender code.

Step 6: The receiver may now go to a Kotak ATM, pick Cardless Cash, and enter his or her cellphone number.

Step 7: Enter the SMS code and sender code, confirm the amount to be withdrawn, and withdraw cash from the ATM.

Please keep in mind that the Cardless Cash request will expire 48 hours after you submit it. As a result, you must collect cash within 48 hours. If the money is not collected within this time frame, it will be returned to your bank account.
