Bank clients who utilize the cardless cash withdrawal facility do not need to use their debit or credit cards to withdraw cash from ATMs. Currently, only a few banks provide card-less withdrawals using ATMs. Here is a step-by-step tutorial for ICICI bank clients on how to conduct a cardless transaction:
Log in to iMobile and begin a Cardless Cash withdrawal transaction for ICICI bank clients for cardless transactions. You may withdraw cash from over 15,000 ICICI Bank ATMs throughout India using the details obtained via SMS and the 4-digit temporary PIN entered while commencing the transaction. These are the steps to ICICI Bank Cardless Cash Withdrawal:
Request For Cardless Cash Withdrawal From ICICI IMobile
* Go to Services > Click on the Cardless Cash withdrawal option.
* Enter the Amount, 4-digit temporary PIN and select the account number from which the Amount is to be debited.
* Confirm the details displayed on the pre-confirmation screen and click on submit
* A success notification will appear on the transaction completion screen.
* ICICI Bank will send you an SMS with a unique 6-digit code to your registered cellphone number. Because the 6-digit code is only valid for 6 hours, step 3 must be done as soon as possible and no later than 6 hours.
Cash Withdrawal From ICICI Bank ATM
* Visit a specified ICICI Bank ATM and enter the following details:
* The registered mobile number
* The temporary 4-digit code which you have set.
* The 6-digit code (as received in SMS)
* Exact withdrawal amount
* Cash will be dispensed on successful authentication of all these parameters.
* The entire Amount needs to be withdrawn as a one-time transaction.
Request For Cash Withdrawal At Local Shop From IMobile Pay
* Log in to iMobile Pay> Select Services > Card Less Cash Withdrawal>at Local Shop.
* Enter Amount, select the debit account from which the Amount is to be debited and set a 4-digit temporary code
* Review and Confirm the details displayed on the pre-confirmation screen and click on submit
* You will receive a success message over the screen of transaction completion.
* On successful request, click on the 'nearby merchant' link to look for 10 nearby merchants in your area. If you have not allowed banks to access your location, you can do so only for a specific transaction.
Cash Withdrawal From Local Shop
Visit a Nearby local shop and provide:
* Your mobile number.
* 4-digit temporary code (set by you while initiating the transaction).
* 6-digit reference code (received as an SMS from Bank) to the merchant for him to get the transaction confirmation from the bank.
* Post validation of successful authentication of all the parameters by Merchant; Merchant receives the Amount of cash to be dispensed to you. He will dispense the cash as a one-time transaction.
If there is any mismatch in the details entered, the Cash Withdrawal at Merchant transaction will be blocked after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
