Dress Code at the Mahakal Temple
There is no specific dress requirement given, however it is suggested that for Jal Abhishek wear appropriate clothing. For darshan, males must wear a Dhoti and kurta and ladies must wear a saree, half saree, kurta, or dress.
Men must wear Dhoti and Kurta (Jal Abhishek).
Women are required to wear a Saree (Jal Abhishek).
