1. Download the app and register your information. Refilling your R-wallet with money through UPI, online banking, a credit card, or a debit card is important. The R-wallet price will automatically be increased by 3% for UTS app users.

2. On the app's home screen, click Platform Booking. 

3. The app will use your location to determine the closest stations to you.

4. Decide between paper or paperless.

5 Choose the name of the station where you wish to purchase a platform ticket. Choose the payment methods and the amount of tickets you wish to purchase. Along with other alternatives like debit card, credit card, online banking, and UPI, the app also offers Rwallet.

6. Click the "Book Tickets" button.

7. A ticket will be created following a successful payment; this ticket may also be viewed in the booked history section.

8. Tickets may be accessed on the UTS app by choosing the "show ticket" option. 

9. Paper tickets can be printed at the automatic ticket vending machine (ATVM) or main booking counter using the booking ID that was acquired from a notice in the UTS app.

10. Cancellations of paperless tickets are not allowed. A user can show their ticket to the TTE (Travelling Ticket Examiner) or TC using the "Show Ticket" function of the app.
