If you want to pay LIC premium payment Online, now its more comfortable to transfer LIC premium payment online while using UPI apps as now Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) premium payment can be paid using UPI apps.

With LIC, you are paying Online premium Payment since years but now one more great functionality has been added to LIC portal for premium payment and that is payment of LIC premium via UPI.

Following are the steps on how you can use to pay premium online on LIC website:

Visit the official website of LIC - https://www.licindia.in/
Click the link labeled "Pay Premium Online." to view a list of policies for which a premium is due. 
Now you can choose which plans you want to pay premiums on.
Now you are redirected to a webpage where you can select from a number of banks for payment and log in to the chosen bank.
Use your net banking username and password to log in at the bank's website or use your debit/credit card details for payment through cards.
Finish the payment after logging in at bank's website successfully.
After the transaction is successfuly completed, a digitally signed e-receipt and email will be generated.

Now below is the step-by-step guide on how to pay LIC premium through GPay, Paytm, PhonePe UPI:

Open the Google Pay app first.
Select "Pay bills."
Scroll below and choose "View all"
Select "Insurance."
Scroll down and select "LIC"
Link your account and provide your policy number and email address.
Tap "Proceed to Pay" to complete the transaction.
Pick a bank, enter your UPI ID, and finish making your payment.

The same procedure is to be followed when you wish to pay LIC premium online for other UPI apps.
