- The process of creating new accounts started on February 21, 2023.
- Representatives can add customers to their accounts at any point in time after they have been created.
- Representatives and registrants must wait until March 1 to submit the beneficiaries' information.
- Following that, they must pay a $10 registration fee for each beneficiary.
- Various recipients' information can be entered in a single session.
- It is possible to update, prepare, and save materials as a draft until the final payment is made.
- If the agency receives a sufficient number of applications by March 17, it will choose registrations at random and notify people via their myUSCIS online accounts. However, if only a nominal number of registrations are received, it will wait until the time the original registration period is over to inform the selection.
