Diwali is just coming up in a few days and the UK Royal Mint's first bullion bar range featuring Goddess Lakshmi begin its sale. The 20-gram gold bar has the Hindu Goddess of Wealth, "Mata Lakshmi" engraved finely into it. 

Goddess Lakshmi engraved on the gold bar was designed by Royal Mint designer Emma Noble and works in close collaboration with the Shree Swaminarayan Temple in Cardiff on its sophisticated design. The Goddess Lakshmi gold bar is priced at 1,080 pounds which means more than Rs 1 lakh for buyers.  

The gold bar can be bought from the official Royal Mint website and features an 'OM' symbol on its gift packaging. The gold bullion bar will also be blessed at the Shree Swaminarayan Temple's Diwali ceremony on November 4 as part of their 'Lakshmi Poojan'. People from Royal Mint will also be there at Shree Swaminarayan Temple to attend the ceremony.

The gold bar is beautifully presented in a specially designed henna patterned sleeve and each bar is imprinted with a unique serial number. This shows UK Royal Mint's Mata Lakshmi engraved gold bar as reflection of its commitment to diversity and inclusion and an expansion of diverse cultural celebrations in the country. Royal Mint had launched the 1 gram and 5 gram gold bars in henna-inspired packaging which proved immensely popular around Diwali time last year.
