How to Pay Odisha Water Bill Online, Odisha Water Bill Online Payment
- Visit the official website of e-Municipality Odisha - https://www.ulbodisha.gov.in/or/emun/home
- Click on "Water Connection and Charges" under Citizen Services or click on "Water Bill Payment" link at the top.
- Choose your District from the dropdown menu on the page that opens. Then choose your ULB from the dropdown menu that automatically gets displayed.
- Click on "View/Pay Water-Sewerage Bill" link under Water Connection Services.
- Public Engineering Health Department water bill search details page opens.
- Enter Ph Consumer Number or Consumer Reference No. It is not mandatory to enter both, you can enter only one and click Search.
- Odisha Water Consumer Details opens where you will see Consumer Number, Ph Consumer Number, Division Name, Name, Address, Connection Type, Connection Purpose and Category.
- Enter Mobile Number in the given space for sms from the department after your Odisha water bill payment is successful. This filed must be entered, its mandatory.
- Just below that, you will see Current Demand details which displays Bill Number, Date, month and year, Water bill amount to be paid before due date and after due date, any rebates etc.
- You can see Amount Choice between Current Due and Other Amount, current due will be displayed under Amount to be paid and if you select Other Amount, you can enter the amount yourself.
- Then you can Print Demand if you want to take a printout.
- A Consumer can directly pay via Odisha Online or pay by net banking, debit/credit cards. If you select this option, enter debit/credit card details or net banking details and click Submit. - Transaction details after successful payment will be displayed on the screen which mentions Tracking ID, Date and Time, Bank Reference Number, Mobile Number, order status, Name, Amount, PH Consumer Number, Payment Type, Consumer Number and ULB Name and Order ID.

‣ Online Applications to apply various changes in existing connections like Ownership Change, Close Connection, Re-Connection etc.
