How to Change Name in Pan Card Online?
- Visit the official website here - https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html.
- Apply Online tab is selected by default among Apply Online and Registered User tab.
- Under Application Type, select Changes or correction in existing PAN Data/ Reprint of PAN Card (No changes in existing PAN data).
- Under Category, select Individual.
- Now under Applicant Information, select Title
- Enter Last name/surname, First name, Date of Birth
- Enter Email ID, Mobile Number, choose whether you are a citizen of India or not.
- Enter PAN Number
- Click the check box next to "By submitting data to us and/or using our NSDL e-Gov TIN website, you give your consent that all personal information that you submit may be received, stored, processed, transmitted and or made available for view/use as mandated by law.”
- Enter Captcha code in the given field and click Submit.
After all the details are entered successfully and upon clicking submit, you will get a message, “We thank you for using the online PAN application service of NSDL e-Gov. Your request is successfully Registered with Token Number xxxxxxxxx and the same has been sent on your email ID provided in the PAN application. Kindly click the below button to fill the remaining PAN application form.”
Now, click on Continue with PAN Application Form. Online PAN application page opens.
After you complete payment process, an acknowledgment slip will be generated. Download and take a print out and send it to the NSDL e-gov office along with the physical proof of documents.
