Odisha Electricity Bill Payment Online - TPCODL, NESCO, WESCO, SOUTHCO Now as a power consumer in Orissa, you can pay Electricity bill payments for all the three discoms Nesco, Wesco and Southco on the OdishaOne portal (www.odishaone.gov.in) which is the State government’s common platform for public services. Three power distribution companies have signed an agreement with Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC) to deliver online bill payment service through the portal. About 63 lakh consumers of Nesco, Wesco and Southco will be benefited from the facility. Goa Electricity OTS Scheme 2020  The One Time Settlement Scheme 2020 by Electricity Department, Government of Goa, was launched on Monday by Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, in the presence of Minister for Power Nilesh Cabral.
