Vaishno Devi Yatra Online Registration, Helicopter Booking 2020
Mata Vaishno Devi Temple Pilgrimage which was suspended for nearly 5 months due to COVID-19 was resumed on August 16. Currently, only 2,000 devotees are allowed to visit the Vaishno Mata shrine out of which 1,900 are residents of Jammu and Kashmir and 100 are from outside the union territory. Jangid said that devotees have to undertake Corona test as they will not be permitted to enter the temple premises without a COVID-19 negative test report. "All devotees coming from outside Jammu and Kashmir for Vaishno Devi Yatra 2020 need a valid COVID-19 negative test report not more than 48 hours older at the time of arrival. Devotees will not be allowed for the yatra without a negative corona test report." he said.
The Jammu and Kashmir government on August 11 decided to open the religious places or places of worship in the union territory and issued several guidelines for the pilgrims undertaking the yatra. The Mata Vaisno Devi shrine board is following all central health norms so that the spread of coronavirus is contained.
Devotees with Vaisno Devi online registration will only be permitted.
People above 60-years of age, children below 10, pregnant women and persons with co-morbidity will not be given permission to visit the Mata Vaisno Devi shrine .
No devotees are allowed to attend the Morning Aarti
Only Online Registration of pilgrims are accepted for Vaishno Devi Darshan after lockdown
The protocol of 100% compulsory antigen testing is to be followed for pilgrims coming from outside Jammu & Kashmir
Permission to proceed beyond Katra on Vaisno devi yatra shall be accorded only when the coronavirus result of these pilgrims is negative.
Pilgrims from red districts of J&K are also compulsorily tested and allowed to proceed on yatra if the result is negative.
It is mandatory for the Vaishno Devi yatra 2020 pilgrims to use ‘Arogya Setu’ application on their Mobile Phones.
Only Asymptomatic pilgrims will be allowed to undertake the yatra.
Use of ‘Face Mask / Face Covers’ are mandatory.
Pilgrims should wash their hands and feet frequently with soap & water and before entering the Sanctum Sanctorum.
Pilgrims coming up for Vaishno Devi Yatra 2020 need to maintain physical distancing of six feet at all times.
Touching of Statues / Idols is not allowed.
No Mats / Blankets will be provided.
Face Masks / Covers, Gloves shall be properly disposed off by the pilgrims at the assigned / designated dustbins.
Spitting is strictly prohibited.
Pilgrims shall furnish their contactable details wherever asked by the officials on duty.
Pilgrims are advised not to stay at Bhawan after Darshans.
All passengers must carry original valid Photo ID and Address Proof without which boarding will be denied. Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voters ID/ PAN card or Credit Card with Photo. The Passenger must also carry the Credit/Debit Card in original through which the Transaction has been made without which the Reservation/Boarding will be denied without any refund.
Maximum 05 nos. of Helicopter seats, one Room/05 dormitory beds, 05 Attka, one transaction of SSVP and one Poojan (Rs.11000) can be booked by a user from one Credit/Debit card in a calendar month. If a devotee books more than prescribed limit by using multi user ID and Multi Debit/Credit Cards (i.e. carries out multiple transactions more than prescribed limit from the same credit /debit card), SMVDSB reserves the right to cancel one or all the services booked with out any prior notice and refund thereof. Besides it also invites legal action.
