While swapping our SBI Debit Card or SBI Credit Card, at an SBI ATM machine or other bank's ATM machine, sometimes it happens that cash does not comes out. Sometimes while completing an online transaction, you might see SBI Online Payment Error or SBI Online Payment failed error. Enter details like Customer Type, Account Number, Name of Complainant, Branch Code, Mobile Number, Email ID, Category of Complaints, Product & Services, Nature of Complaint,  brief details of your complaint and captcha code.
Click on submit.  
A complaint number through which you can know the status of your complaint would be generated. You will also receive the complaint number through SMS and email.

As per SBI, complaint will be resolved within seven days. A message is sent informing what action has been taken on your complaint. 

Other ways to file complaint
You can also register SBI Debit card and/or credit card complaint by contacting the help desk by calling the toll-free numbers 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800. You need to provide your complaint number to know the status.
