- Then, click on the property tax link, its the first link in the content area. You will be redirected to http://www.mcg.gov.in/HouseTax.aspx
- Either you can enter your unique Property ID or your location, Owner’s Name and Property Address to Search for Proposed Property Tax Assessment

Property tax rates depend on the property type, its size and use. Small and medium sized residential properties have lowest tax rates and properties which are large or used for commercial purposes come in the higher tax bracket. One time rebate of 30% is given to those property owners who have given all their property tax dues/arrears within 45 days of notification of the rates. 10% rebate is given to those property owners who pay their total tax for the assessment year by 31st July of the particular year.
