DDA Flats Online Payment can be paid via the official website of DDA. One must first Generate E-Challan for DDA Flats Online Payment.
You need to fill in the File details such as Scheme like New Pattern Registration Scheme(NPRS), Janta Housing Registration Scheme(JHRS).
Then Select your Zone such as North, South, East, West etc. If you do not know your zone, click on the just aside link to know which zone your flat fall in for which you are making payment.
Select Locality among a list of already filled in places.
Enter your File No. in the space provided which you have been allotted when your first applied for the registration of flats in the Delhi DDA.
Enter Flat Details like Sector, Block, Pocket, Flat No. Fields such as Floor. FL NO, Area Sq. Mtr. and Scheme will automatically be filled as you keep on filling the form for online payment of dda flats online.
Enter Applicant Details such as Name of the Allottee, Address, Pin Code and Depositor Name.
Enter your Email ID and Mobile No.
Then one must select Type of Payment among a given number of choices like Registration Money for Flat or Installment for Flat etc.
Code field will automatically be filled after you select Payment Type.
Enter Amount in Rs. in the space provided.
Select Mode of Payment from RTGS/NEFT or Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card options.
Enter security captcha image.
A challan would be generated after you successfully fill in the fields upon clicking the Generate button.
