DDA Housing Scheme 2014 starts September 1 and the general public is interested to know the dda flats price list 2014 for the flats that are to be allotted in Narela, Rohini, Dwarka etc. DDA Housing Scheme September 2014 last date for registration is 9th October. Registration Fee: Rs.1 Lac for general, Rs.10000 for EWS, (Submitted at the time of Application form submission). There are a total of 25,034 flats among which 24,223 are new flats including 700 EWS Flats. DDA forms 2014-15 housing scheme are available only till 6th September from 1st September for a cost of Rs. 150. An applicant needs to have Aadhaar Card Number ( Not Mandatory), Pan Card for a list of documents to be provided at the time of registration of flats. EWS Flats (25 – 40 sqm) Rs.5.9 lac to Rs.11 Lakh
1 Bedroom LIG Flat (33-48sq mt) Rs.14 lac to Rs.22 Lakh
2 Bedroom MIG Flat (75 – 127 sq mt) Rs.42 lac to Rs.70 lakh
3 Bedroom HIG Flats (84 – 165 sq mt) Rs.60 lac to Rs.1.20 crore
An applicant must remember two dates if you want to apply for the DDA September 2014 housing scheme, the one is the DDA form which is only available till 6th September 2014 and the last date for the registration of flats is 9th October 2014.
